Found another house!

We found another house that we are seriously thinking about.  We checked it out today we really love it.  We're going to be doing some serious number crunching over the next few days to see if this could work!

    ooh it says "studio for in-laws" but i think they meant studio for visiting auntie uncle and cousin... ; ) i love it!

    The guesthouse is the main reason why we love it! Unfortunately, we'd have to rent it out because it would be the only way we could afford living in this crazy city!

    I was just watching HG TV about income properties and it made me want to rent out part of a home because it would be so nice to have help with a mortgage! Sounds like a nice option!
